We usually only get Violet or Xaden’s perspective. Why do you think Rebecca Yarros decided to give us insight into Rhiannon?
While we have learnt that Theophanie was originally General Sorrengail’s match, it seems as though Violet has fit into those shoes perfectly. Despite not being as strong as a wielder as Theophanie, Violet is matched in terms of her physical fighting and her mind remains sharp. Do you think this will make Violet successful?
Do you think Imogen’s second signet allows her to be fireproof to some extent?
While reading Imogen’s perspective, we watch as Quinn dies. Do you think Imogen will take Quinn’s advice and find her own happiness?
Violet may have had Dunne on her side, but is it enough to kill Theophanie?
Why do you think Andarna has returned?
Xaden seems to have finally succumbed to the calling of the venin power. What do you think this will mean for his recovery?
Did you foresee Panchek being the traitor?
Do you think in the twelve hours since Violet went missing, she has given eggs to one of the Isles, married Xaden and had Imogen erase her memory?
Do you think her memories will be retrievable?
Now that we have finished Onyx Storm, what are your thoughts on the book? Does it make you anxious o get your hands on the next one?

I think she wanted us to see that even though they are side characters they do have their own personalities and don’t all think the same way Violet does.
I believe Violet is a formidable force and she is stronger than she gives herself credit for. I think she will be able to defeat Theophanie.
Yes!!! I’m actually so excited to read more about Imogen’s second signet! First off Quin dying was absolutely heartbreaking but I truly hope she finds happiness. I would love to see a romance develop between her and Garrick.
Andarna has returned because she has been taught everything she needs to know by her irids and is now going to help Violet fight in the upcoming war against the venin.
I’m saddened that Xaden had to turn but I completely understand and respect his reasoning. It shows how much he loves Sgaeyl which was beautiful.
I didn’t see Pancheck being a traitor! Was so surprised!I think it has been a team effort. I think Xaden and her got married so that she would inherit Tyerrendor. I think Aaric and Garrick have taken the eggs to umbriel to gain allies but I’m not sure if Violet is aware of this part of the plan as she was so against it initially.
I think Dain possibly might be able to retrieve her memories in her subconscious.
I am absolutely loved this book! It was everything I hoped it would be and I cannot wait to see how this story unfolds in the books to come.

1. Something about their POVs is going to become crucial at some stage…Definitely need to unpack it more to delve into the possibilities there.
2. Violet’s mind is her greatest asset and will always work towards keepings them all alive. I have no doubt that she could succeed.
3. I would think so, seeing as Tyrrendors stone walls withstood all that fire.
4. At first, unlikely. I think once Imogen finds some peace with Quinns death, yes.
5. Andarna returning was weird to me. It felt like it was way too soon for her to be back in the picture.
6. No. It makes sense because of his position but it was not a point of focus for Vi so you never really got the sense that she cared about who the traitor was. Almost felt unnecessary.
7. Yes! I can’t wait to see this unfold in the next book!! I think Vi definitely had some help!
Im beyond excited for the next book and hope that the plot progresses more! -
It could be leading to something bigger in the next book.
She will definitely be successful I have no doubt.
I do think so.
I do think she will find her own happiness but it might take some time. We might get a slow burn romance? That would be exciting.
Yes I believe she will get stronger and be able to defeat Theophanie.
She could have convinced the irids to understand their point of view and found some valuable information on the upcoming war.
I feel it’ll play a big part in the second book.
Panchek being the traitor was a surprising twist.
Yes, except I don’t think she gave the eggs it must have been someone else.
I do think her memory will be retrievable. The book was amazing especially all the new information we learnt about this world and the ending!! I can’t wait for what’s more to come in this series.

I loved seeing Rhi’s POV, but we obiosly know that she transcribed Fourth Wing and Iron Flame, so maybe we reached the point where everything is coming to an end and we need to hear her voice.
Violet has never allowed her weaknesses to be used against her, and she excels in her strengths so I believe she will succeed.
Imogen’s second signet has me very excited and I can’t wait to find out more.
I think Imogen will take Quinn’s words to heart. And Quinn dying, why did that need to happen! At the end, I think Violet will beat Theophanie. Violet hasn’t come this far to only come this far.
Andarna coming back! I think they still have some bond left, and perhaps she knows enough to help Violet. Or she might have turned on her sassy attitude and just decided to return because Violet is her human.
I am sad to say this, but I don’t think Xaden will recover.
I did not see Panchek being the traitor, that caught me unawares.
Whatever happened in those 12 hours will remain a mystery, unless we get Xaden’s or Imogen’s POV.
I was left speechless after reading the final chapter. How can we be left hanging like this. I really can’t wait for the next book, I feel this ending promises us a great start for the fourth book. I can’t wait!

I think Rhiannon, and Imogen is going to play a bigger role in the next book, this also gives Yarros the opportunity to show us more perspectives of what is going on, but to also keep us in the dark with Violet and Xaden during those chapters.
Yes. Violet is strong and has a powerful mind, I trust she will be sucessful.
I could only assume so, yes.
Yes, but it will take time, without a doubt.
Again, Violet is strong, powerful and has a powerful mind, I think she is strong enough to overthrow Theophanie.
Andarna has gained the knowledge and power she needs to help aid Violet in the war.
I don’t think it will be easy.
NO! I WAS SO SHOCKED!
I believe her memories will be retrievable… I hope *CRIES*
I AM STRESSED AND NEED BOOK FOUR ASAP!

Because everyone was at a different place in the battle Rebecca is giving us other POV’s so we can see what was happening on that side of the battle, not just Violet and Xaden. So in essence we have a bigger picture.
I think Violet’s quick thinking will help her in battle other than her skills with lightning and fighting.
Stone doesn’t burn so she may be able to use it for fireproofing.
It seems Aaric saw that she needed Dunne’s dagger to kill Theophanie, if she can get close enough to kill her with the dagger, then yes.
I’m not sure why Andarna returned she may have felt that Violet needed her.
No I never foreshore Panchek as being the traitor, that was a huge surprise.
NOt sure if Violet was involved in stealing the eggs. She did marry Xaden and asked Imogene to erase her memory.
I think if she wanted to retrieve her memories maybe Dain could do it.
I loved Onyx Storm and it requires a few more reads, there was so much in the book. I am looking forward to the next book, But I think we need to put our patience pants on because it will be a while.
